We publish the number we test to
Minimum break strength, not average. Not a fibre-supplier figure scaled by a construction factor. If we print it, we broke rope to get it, and we kept the sample.
We will talk you out of a sale
If polyester does the job that you asked us to quote in HMPE, we will say so and quote the polyester. The rope that comes back for warranty is more expensive than the one we didn't oversell.
Every length is traceable
A batch number resolves to the fibre lot, the machine, the operator, the heat-set profile and the test certificate. When something goes wrong in the field, guessing is not a plan.
Capability
Everything below happens under one roof, which is the only reason batch traceability actually means anything.
Braiding
Single-braid, double-braid, plaited and parallel-core constructions from 3/16 in to 5 in, in HMPE, aramid, LCP, polyester, nylon and engineered hybrids.
Finishing
Heat-setting, pre-stretching, urethane and abrasion coatings, and colour-coded tracer yarns for line identification across a system.
Splicing & assembly
Hand splicing, thimble eyes, soft eyes, chafe protection and complete assemblies made to a drawing — with proof-load certification on request.
Testing
In-house destructive break testing with retained samples, batch certificates and elongation data supplied against every production lot.
Documentation an auditor will accept
Certification is not marketing. For mooring work it is an OCIMF MEG4 line certificate with retirement criteria. For life safety it is NFPA 1983 compliance with a date of manufacture on the rope itself. For lifting it is a proof-load certificate tied to a batch. We supply the paperwork the standard actually calls for, in the form the person inspecting it expects.
